Take one pianist.  Combine a classical guitarist.  Add a Chilean singer with a sultry voice, and you've got "La Voz de Tres," or "The Voice of Three."  The US-based trio brings its international flavor for Latin folkloric songs to the Winchester Cultural Center on Tuesday, Feb. 28, at 7 p.m.  The group talks about their jazz-inspired music, the Chilean stories behind their songs, and that magic moment when they first played together.
