The Clark County School District is educating more than 360 students that have disabilities.  These include blind and deaf children, and children diagnosed with autism, to name a few.  What resources must a school district possess and provide to this group of the student population?  Considering that teachers and the education system in Nevada have been pinched by budget constraints the past few years, how do these financial issues affect special education?
