Gas prices are soaring and that makes it a big political issue. Senator Dean Heller has proposed reducing tax breaks for the oil industry and using the money to cut the gasoline tax. Sen. Heller's proposal has been called a flip-flop by Congresswoman Shelley Berkley. This is just the latest issue to roil the political debate.
