The photos were telling. Thousands of Nevadans lined up aruond the lotto store in Primm. They waited for hours to buy tickets for the 640 million dollar Mega Million jackpot. The question of having a lottery is not new. Lawmakers have raised the issue over decades. But, it's always been shot down. Would Nevada benefit from a lottery? Who specifically is fighting the idea of a lottery?
