Jenna Talackova is tall, blonde, and beautiful. She also used to be a man. The news of a transgender contestant caused a stir when Jenna wanted to compete for Miss Universe. And now the Miss Universe Organization says it will allow transgender contestants starting in 2013. We talk about what these means for beauty pageants, and for the larger issue of transgender human rights.
