Violinist Joshua Bell and the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields will be playing an all-Beethoven concert this Saturday at the Smith Center. Bell has become one of the world's leading violin soloists and has recently taken up the leadership of the London-based Academy of St. Martin in the Fields and talks about his distinctive style of leadership and how he conducts some of Beethoven's major works.
