COMMENTS:
I live near Durango High School and graffiti is a very bad problem around here. The teenagers are tagging all the light poles, signs, walls, mail boxes, the walking path and everything else! The closer you get to the school the worse it is. I know from the time it's appearing they are doing in the morning mostly on the way to school. Is there anyway to get help with this! It seems that no one is watching or caring about it. They need to get busted! They are out of control.
