A small showing of short films 20 years ago created Tropfest. It's now an international festival of short films - all under seven minutes. Tropfest is coming to the Cosmopolitan Hotel this weekend. We talk with festival founder John Paulson and one of the directors who is competing in the inaugural "All-Star Competititon" to be named the best short film over the two decades of Tropfest.
