Listening to Tom. I read a great book recently called The Vanished Smile: The Mysterious Theft of the Mona Lisa. It's about the theft of the Mona Lisa from the Louvre back in the early 1900's and involves such lumaries such as Picasso. A section of the book is devoted to Da Vinci making this painting. It's a fantastic story.
