The United States Supreme Court has given its answer on Arizona's SB1070 - the law that requires police to check the immigration status of people they suspect of being in the country illegally. Now Assemblyman Ira Hansen is asking for a similar bill to be prepared for the 2013 session of the legislature. Hansen tells us why he thinks Nevada needs its own law to check on immigrants legal status and how he assesses the chances of it passing.
