Patrick Moers has been named Henderson's new police chief. He replaces Jutta Chambers who retired this year under controversy. We'll talk with the new chief about the police beating incident that cost the city hundreds of thousands of dollars in a settlement.  We also discuss controversies within southern Nevada police departments.
