The National Atomic Testing Museum has just completed an exchange between participants and historians who have studied the testing of nuclear weapons on both sides of the Cold War. Nevada was the United States' test site and Kazakhstan was the test site for the Soviet Union. There will be an international Web cast on Wednesday evening from the museum on Flamingo Road. We talk with two of the participants.
