The nation is currently stuck in middle of the worst drought in 50 years. But are we acting like it's a crisis? No, says author Charles Fishman, and we should. He believes that now is the time to undertake a major rethink of water and how we use it. We could be measuring it and rebuilding infrastructure. And he even has a word of praise for some of the measures Las Vegas has implemented.
