The Reno Air Races Settlement
The Reno Air Races Settlement

AIR DATE: August 31, 2012

The Reno Air Race Association has come up with a settlement fund to compensate victims of the horrific accident that marred last year's air races. It will distribute $77 million to those who were injured and the heirs of those who died. The National Transportation Safety Board has also concluded its investigation. So what led to this horrific accident? Some faulty hardware is the investigators' bottom line.
