The National Rifle Association often talks about the need for gun safety and proper training to handle fire arms. Still, the most noticeable development in the merchandising of guns in recent years has been the use of assault weapons and other high-powered weapons for fun. A number of local stores market themselves as venues for team-building exercise and party places for weddings and bachelors. So is this how we should be treating guns? Should potential gunowners become acquainted with machine guns at an amusement arcade?

    COMMENTS:
Guns are legal, part of our culture, and necessary for liberty, so why not have some fun with them? Of course, anyone who handles guns should know what they are doing, and should at all times be thinking of safety, for used foolishly they can be dangerous.
