The federal government has opened up the latest round of Race to The Top grants for individual school districts. Clark County School District officials say they will apply for the next round after initially saying they would skip it because the effort wasn't worth the amount the district could be awarded. The district also said it would be too difficult to implement all of the changes the grant requires. We talk with CCSD's head of grants about what changed and how the district will make a run this time around.
