Cheryl Strayed has written a novel "Torch" and her latest book is the memoir "Wild." It recounts her adventures on the Pacific Crest Trail as a novice hiker and backpacker. Strayed will be speaking Wednesday night at the Clark County Library on East Flamingo Road. The event is part of the Vegas Valley Book Festival.
