Tuesday is National Voter Registration Day, and Nevada Secretary of State Ross Miller has created a Web site to register voters. The deadline to register is October 6, so there are only a few days to go. Elsewhere across the country a partisan war is being fought out over keeping elections honest. So why has this dispute bypassed our state? The Nevada Secretary of State talks about efforts to maximize the vote.
