The City of Las Vegas is considering a new code for parks. Among other things it would ban loud music, smoking and bathing in the park. So is this the heavy hand of government? Are boomboxes a problem? Is there too much smoking in the parks? We'll talk about whether we should preserve parks as a quiet oasis of green.
