The former majority leader in the state senate, Steven Horsford, is running for Nevada's new 4th Congressional District. He faced no real competition for the Democratic Party nomination, but Republican Danny Tarkanian is now making a race of the election, even though the district has a big Democratic registration advantage. What are the big issues for the new district? How would Horsford represent both North Las Vegas and the rural spaces just north of Clark County?
