    COMMENTS:
I'll go out of my way to patronize a business that the culinary union protests. I've seen them demand a wage increase in a business that wasn't yet breaking even. Taylor's comment about just a nickel & dime increase shows either his ignorance or his desire to deceive the public. When you put those nickel & dimes in real money, like the $70k a year, in a business that isn't highly profitable already, that limits the ability of that business to succeed. These employees we're asked, incredulously, "you'd rather be unemployed than pass on a 5% raise?" Yes. These union members and managers are clearly products of Vegas' terrible school system.
