Thriller-writer Dale Brown imagines a slightly different scenario. Calling it "The New Cold War," Brown imagines a confrontation between the two world powers in the Pacific. And it's captured in his new book Tiger's Claw. Brown will be speaking and signing books at Nellis Air Force Base on Saturday.
