We don't even think about it but much of our daily lives are governed by habit, not choice. We rarely consciously choose what to eat for breakfast, what to wear, or the numerous things we do each day for health and hygiene. That's because our brains are wired for habit. And that is a whole new way to think about improving our behavior and marketing a myriad of products to us. And it's the subject of Charles Duhigg's new book, "The Power of Habit."
