Latinos are touted as a key demographic to win the White House. Yet, the Latino vote has yet to reach its potential. There are 23 million Latinos who are eligible to vote. But, only 52 to 55 percent are registered to vote. Why and is there enough of an effort within this community to get more people to the polls?
