    COMMENTS:
WELFARE AUTHORITIES (W.A.)NOT HAPPY. QUESTION TO THE (W.A.)TO DATE WHAT PROBLEMS HAVE OCCURED AS A DIRECT RESULT FROM THE PREGNANT WOMEN? UNTIL A SIGNIFICANT PROBLEM TO SOCIETY OCCURS THE (W.A.) SHOULD NOT BE SPEAKING. OBGYN'S ON BOTH SIDES OF FENCE. SO EVEN IF THERE WAS HIGH RISK, UNTIL PROBLEMS OCCUR NO JUDGE HAS THE RIGHT TO ORDER AN ABORTION ON A POSSIBILITY. THEN EVERY BABY SHOULD ABORT BECAUSE OF A POSSIBLE CAR ACCIDENT
