Ray Mancini, The Good Son

AIR DATE: November 19, 2012

It was 30 years ago in Las Vegas that a brutal boxing match turned tragic. Lightweight champion Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini delivered the blow that would end the life of challenger Duk-Koo Kim, and change the sport of boxing forever. Sportswriter Mark Kriegel's "The Good Son," looks at the life of the scrappy Youngstown fighter, beginning with his drive to win the championship that his father couldn't.
