Democrat Andrew Martin won his election for Assembly District 9 in November but should never have been allowed on the ballot. The day before the election a judge ruled Martin did not live in the district he was running in and was thus ineligible to run. But since the ruling was made so close the election, poll workers weren't able to post signs at polling places to let voters know. Host of Ralston Reports, Jon Ralston joins us to talk about why Martin will likely be allowed to serve anyway.
