Longtime Culinary Workers Union Local 226 Secretary-Treasurer D. Taylor has a new job. He is moving to the headquarters of the Culinary's parent, UNITE HERE as its new president. We ask him about the coming contract negotiations, his memories of Vegas and what he thinks his legacy will be.
