Economic development around Lake Tahoe, and thus the clarity of the lake, will now be in the hands of local governments. The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency governing board voted to give that power back to the localities. And, businesses in the region are happy. Environmentalists are worried. What will Lake Tahoe look like in the future?
