Hooters Hotel and Casino is undergoing some changes. It's nothing new. Properties on and off the strip are always making adjustments, whether to the structure or culture. Besides Hooters, Bills Gambling Hall, and the old Sahara are getting refurbished or rebuilt. There's no doubt in the next year or two the Strip will look a little different.
