Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto generated some big money for Nevada with a share of the $25 billion five major banks paid in a settlement for accusations they had foreclosed without proper documentation, and other mortgage problems. Now she is using some of that money to create "Home Again Nevada" - a one-stop shop for resolving mortgage problems. She is promising to help even those who have lost their homes to foreclosure.
