A few different plans for a sports arena in Las Vegas have emerged over the past few years. One of those was pitched by Texas-based developer Chris Milam for a multi-venue sports complex in Henderson near the M Resort.  That project ran into trouble recently when the City of Henderson sued Milam for allegedly planning to flip the arena land and build homes instead. We'll break down the lawsuit and ask whether or not an arena was ever really a real possibility.
