Las Vegas may be the celebrity impersonator capital of the world. There's certainly a disproportionately high number of faux Elvi. A new celebrity tribute show, "Stars in Concert" opens this week, joining long-running shows incluing Frank Marino's "Divas" and "Tribute Royalty."
