Clark County School District Superintendent Dwight Jones suddenly announced his resignation last night. He says it was for personal reasons, but it leaves the district in a quandary right in the middle of the legislative session. And the trustees will now be scrambling to find a replacement.

So with this resignation of Jone. does he payback the sign on bonus to our already financially strapped school district?
And if not, will the brilliance of those who are responsible for these contracts going to be sharp enough to input a non-performance clause to prevent this from re-happening...
