Las Vegas has been salving the wounds inflicted by the foreclosure crisis, but there is one place in Nevada where things may be even worse. Fernley, Nev. was devestated by the mortgage mess. So much so that Fernley now ranks with New Delhi, India for its wealth gap - the distance between the rich and the poor.
