Nevada Secretary Of State Ross Miller Proposes Campaign Transparency Bill

Secretary of State Ross Miller has introduced a bill that would require what he calls real-time campaign contribution disclosure. If passed, the law would require reporting of campaign contributions and gifts within 72 hours. The bill also requires a number of other disclosures including the amount of cash campaigns have on hand. We'll talk with Secretary Miller about his bill and why greater transparency is needed.
