The Discovery Children's Museum has a new name and new digs next door to the Smith Center. Ok, I see $12 for all basically. But still if I wanted to take my grandchildren and their parents, who do not live here and are not in school here, it would be $72 and that is still a big chunk of money for a retired person. And no, I don't gamble so don't waste money on that. Anyway...it looks like a nice place.

mpkyI have not looked at the cost yet but many times that is a factor for many people. I took my 3 grandchildren to a small children's disc. center on the east coast and they were just 2...had to pay same price for adults and kids and at that age they only could tolerate about an hour or so. If you have to pay $7-8 for that amount of time for that many people it adds up. I know many people pay that for movies but I do not and would hope that the price is low enough so that everyone can take their kids!
