The race for Ward 6 offers voters a glaring contrast. Councilman Steve Ross has urged the council to use funds for area development and sees a big role for the city in economic development. He has also said property tax rates should be raised. His opponent is a staunch advocate of reducing council spending and suggests that many services could be outsourced and provided much more cheaply. We ask Suzette LaGrange about her plans if she's elected.
