Recently, members of the Moapa Band of Paiutes discovered that five years of air monitoring data from Reid Gardner Power Plant had to be thrown out by state authorities. For years, the tribe has alleged that pollution from the plant is contributing to health problems. Now that they know some of the the data is bad, they may challenge NV Energy in court.
