Nevada Senate Majority Leader Mo Denis believes non-citizens should have the right to drive a car. He's introduced SB 303 to the Senate Transportation Committee, an initiative that would allow for the creation of driver privilege cards. He'll join us to discuss what he plans and why he believes it's a good idea.
