Friday is the day bills in Carson City either survive or are sent to the place where bills never see the light of day. There are bills known as zombie bills, bills that, like the flesh-eating monsters, somehow come back to life. We'll look at which bills were sent to their grave, which ones move forward for debate and which were the biggest surprises.
