Listen
AIR DATE: April 26, 2013

In 2004, the CIA carried out one of the first targeted drone killings. The target was Nek Muhammad, a Pakistani tribal leader who fought against the Pakistani government. In a New York Times article, writer Mark Mazzetti notes that there may be a shift away from drones as new CIA Director John Brennan has expressed interest in moving the CIA back to a more traditional role of intelligence gathering. Mazzetti joins us to talk about the future of drones.

Micro drones mimic wildlife. http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/54509 I'm very worried these could be used on American citizens. Thank you Rand Paul for the filibuster to bring this issue forward.
