Proposed Las Vegas City Hall Project

Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman wants a new downtown Las Vegas City Hall. The cost of the project: anywhere from $150 million to $267 million. However, the 60,000-member Culiary Union is opposing Mayor Oscar Goodman push.

Then there is the issue of the developer: Developer, Forest City plans to use some public funds to build the new City Hall. In this series, we look into other Forest City projects and the other issues surrounding this controversial project.
