On Feb. 15, a 31-year-old man was robbed at gunpoint in the 2100 block of Leatherbridge Court. Police said he went there for an online advertisement and was shot at. He wasn't injured. His car was stolen.
Prosecutors did not have evidence to prove if Williams or co-defendant Quincy Lovette pulled the trigger when someone opened fire on.
Lovette's case is ongoing and is expected to end with a similar prison term.
