Nevada Unemployment Rates Continue To Fall

Unemployment rates are holding steady or dropping in Nevada's main metropolitan areas.

The Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation reported Las Vegas' jobless rate in July held steady at 7 percent compared with June. That's down a full percentage point from a year ago.

Rates in both Carson City and in the Reno-Sparks area were down nearly a full percentage point year-over-year.
