One of the alleged organizers of a standoff at the Bundy ranch in 2014 can be extradited from New Hampshire to Nevada.
Reuters reports Gerald DeLemus can face a trial in Nevada after the U-S District Court in Nevada did not block the request.
It has not been determined when the extradition will take place.
Court documents allege DeLemus was a "mid-level organizer" of the standoff and was a "gunman" during the event.
