Sandoval Suggests Raiders Move To Las Vegas Possible

In a recent interview, Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval suggested the push to bring the Oakland Raiders to Las Vegas is a serious one.

Sandoval told the Las Vegas Sun he had spoken to Mark Davis, who owns the team, about the possibility of the move.

Sandoval said he thinks the players involved – Davis, who wants to move the team, and Las Vegas Sands, which wants to build the stadium – are both serious about the proposal, and that Las Vegas is not being used as a bargaining chip to keep the Raiders in Oakland.

The governor also said that, personally, he "would love to see the Raiders in Las Vegas."
