Taco Trucks To The Rescue On Voter Registration Deadline

LAS VEGAS (AP) — A fleet of taco trucks is on duty to help Nevadans register to vote in time for the election.

More than 20 taco trucks were scheduled to meet at a grocery store in Las Vegas around noon Tuesday before fanning out to do voter registration.

Nevadans must register to vote by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday to cast a ballot in the Nov. 8 general election. Mail-in registration has already closed, but potential voters can still get their paperwork in order through the Nevada Secretary of State's website.
