Adam Winkler is a law professor at UCLA, specializing in constitutional law. He’s written for numerous newspapers and magazines, including the New York Times, Washington Post and the Los Angeles Times, as well as offering legal commentary for broadcast outlets including MSNBC, the Newshour and NPR.
