Henderson Police Chief Placed On Administrative Leave
Henderson Police Chief LaTesha Watson was placed on administrative leave by the city earlier Thursday.
Deputy Police Chief Thedrick Andres will serve as acting police chief until further notice.
A city spokeswoman did not give a reason for the action.
Watson was first hired as chief of police in November of 2017 after the ouster of Patrick Moers amid allegations of sexual harassment.
Last November, two police unions filed a complaint against Watson with the Employee-Management Relations Board.
